In this first session, we will be discussing some of the main themes around Inheritance Tax, particularly in relation to the changes to pensions, agricultural and other businesses in the Autumn budget.

 

We will look at how I.H.T. works in practice as well as some of the main strategies for reducing it through effective estate planning.

As part of the session we will look to run through some real life examples of strategies used for families in different situations, and explain some of the advantages and disadvantages of them.

We will, as always, aim for it to be informal as well as informative, and with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and speak with us if you should wish to do so.
